Our stay at Marari White Home was exceptional. The host, Tomsy, was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and perfect, providing all the comforts we needed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food and tea, which were the best we had in India. The light, incredibly tasty, and home-cooked meals were simply delightful. We can't recommend this stay enough. there is a beautiful beach nearby, away from the bustle and noise of Alleppey. We also had an amazing rickshaw driver as our neighbor during our stay.
It would have been better if the room had tea and coffee supplies, a kettle, one bottle of water, and two glasses. the cleaning of the steel assets in the washroom could use more detailing.

The room at Marari White Home was great! It had a kitchen with a dining area, perfect for cooking meals. The private bathroom was clean and had free toiletries. The air conditioning in the double room was a lovely feature. Plus, there was a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. The seating area was comfy too!
Personally, I found the shower in the private bathroom a bit small. However, some may still find it enjoyable.

Tonsy, our gracious host, made us feel like part of her own family. The kids absolutely adored her and enjoyed spending time with her. Tonsy's delicious homemade meals were a highlight of our trip, and she even accommodated our dietary preferences without any hesitation. The homestay itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and homely atmosphere. We highly recommend this place for families seeking a warm and welcoming experience in Alappuzha.
For families with children, it would be great to have a playground or outdoor activity area for the kids to enjoy during their stay.

The unit I stayed in at Marari White Home had a kitchen with a dining area, which was super convenient. The room also had a private bathroom with free toiletries and a shower. It felt like a cozy little home away from home!
Personally, I found the seating area in the double room a bit uncomfortable. It's just my subjective opinion though, as others might enjoy it.

The property was clean and well-maintained. the owner was friendly and welcoming, providing a great value for the area. the breakfast and dinner options were delicious, with a generous amount of food provided.
The windows could benefit from screens to avoid mosquito issues. If the windows cannot be equipped with screens, the option of air conditioning would be helpful.
